ICS locked out RAS changes

Hello all,
I posted cannot modify portmappings last week to get no replies, I hate to
double post but I cannot figure this out. I can no longer make changes to
allow or deny or modify port openings in any way I try. Dont know if its IAS
or what, but I am stuck. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Zach
