ICS - getting the wirless client computer to dial up

I run Windows 98 SE on a desktop with dial up internet connection and a
laptop connected in ad hoc mode. I share the dial up internet connection
with the laptop using Windows ICS.
I have read an article in Computer Shopper (June) about ICS when running XP
which seemed to indicate that you could initiate dial up from laptop.

Is this possible using ICS on Windows 98, if so how?

Check the ICS computer's network properties. I know somewhere there's a
"dial on demand" check box.

Razzmon. Works for me on Win2K and used to work for me on W98SE.
Even works over a wireless network.
