icon of -incoming connections- disappear after just create it

Hello people,

when i create a -incoming connections- (for vpn acces) the icon disappear
just few second after i build it. ??!!

ok i have solve the probleme, it was a bug between the "routing & remote
access" and the service "Windows firewall/ ICS"

I once had a virus that caused my network connections to dissapear... make
sure your computer is clean by performing the necessary anti-virus scans.
