I'm getting this error message in the Routing and Remote Access admin tool:

"IC (Incoming Connections) is currently enabled ... To configure RRAS,
please disable IC and try again."

Previously it was regarding ICF (Internet Connection Firewall) but after
making some changes now it's this message regarding "Incoming Connections"
instead. How do I disable Incoming Connections? I'd previously installed
RRAS but I disabled it and set up a new network card. What do I do??

Jon

Well I figured out how to ACTUALLY ENABLE IC... It's in the Windows Help
file. This definitely makes some changes. I would guess that disabling what
has now been enabled can be accomplished by removing the item (removing the
incoming connection in the Nework Connections window?), but right now I'm
trying to use Incoming Connections rather than RRAS to see if it works for
my purposes.

Nope, IC didn't do what I needed it to do.

Can someone please tell me how to disable IC? I've deleted the IC icon from
the Network Connections window, but RRAS still won't let me configure it.

OK nevermind my previous post here. I DID get into RRAS .. I was using
Outlook Express in a Remote Desktop window connected to another server when
I tried to access RRAS on that other server accidentally, after re-disabling
IC ... LOL!!! One of those "Hi, I'm Stupid" moments...
