Hello, everyone. IBM includes a utility called "Access Connections" with
ThinkPad laptops. This program allows multiple IP profiles to be created
and associated with the same ethernet interface in the computer. The
program is a free dwonload from the IBM website; however, if installed on
non-IBM laptops will not run (no surprise). I'm aware of sharewares (e.g.
IPSwitcher, IPetC) that are functionally equivalent but was wondering if
the IBM utility could be made to run on a non-IBM box by simply editing
some start-up file or registry key(s). Your time and comment are
appreciated. Sincerely,
