I'm going to have my firewall authenticate VPN users through IAS. What's the
ideal setup for the scenario? I have more than one domain controller
available. Does it matter which one IAS is installed on or, should I not
even have IAS on a DC? Should I have more than one IAS server? Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

You didn't mention which firewall, so I just took a guess.

Hope this helps,
Scott
