My situation is:
Phisical Server with windows 2008 and hyper-V, 2 network card one connected
to a public ip and one to the internal router.
Virtual Machine 1 with windows 2003, 2 network adapter mapped one to the
public and one to the internal.
Virtual Machine 2 with windows 2003, 1 network adapter mapped to the
internal.

A Network Bridge betwen Phisical.Public and Virtual1.Public
Routing enabled on Virtual1.

Virtual Machine 2 use Virtual1 as Default Gateway.

Server1
Network Bridge: 169.254.32.21
255.255.0.0

Virtual Private : 10.xxx.yyy.65
255.255.255.0
10.xxx.yyy.50

Internal : 10.xxx.yyy.1
255.255.255.0
10.xxx.yyy.50

Virtual 1
Internal : 10.xxx.yyy.50
255.255.255.0
---
Public: 82.www.zzz.30
255.255.255.240
82.www.zzz.17

Virtual 2
Internal : 10.xxx.yyy.13
255.255.255.0
10.xxx.yyy.50

Virtual 1 can browse internet
Virtual 2 can ping www.google.com but cannot browse the site
Any idea why?

Well the thing that sticks out is that the network bridge has an APIPA
address, an these are not routable!

Why are you using this convoluted method? I simply run one VM as a
router between the internal and public networks. No bridging. The router has
one NIC linked the virtual switch associated with the public NIC and one to
the internal virtual switch.

You should note that the way the public NIC behaves after you install
Hyper-V may not be what you expect. See this article
