hw 2 connect 2 win2k srvrs using phone/modems?

Hi friends,

i want to connect 2 windows 2000 servers at 2 different locations (10
kms apart from each other) using phones. I am trying using dialup on
one location for another server but not working. is there any simple
solution to that????

or can any one suggest any website or PDF to configure it properly.

thx, but i want to setup networking with minimum cost and i can
compromise with the speed thru modem.
