Apologies but new to Broadband.
Would AOL have specific setting for HTTP proxy.
If so what would that be?

IE:
iTunes uses the web proxy settings from Internet Explorer when looking
for CD information on the Internet, or when connecting to Internet radio
stations or the iTunes Music Store. If your network uses an HTTP proxy,
make sure these settings are correct.

To configure your web proxy settings, open the Internet Options control
panel, click the Connections tab, and click the LAN Settings button.
