As far as I understand Netgear's product page correctly, PE102 is meant
for connecting a LAN of HPNA devices to Ethernet, not the opposite, but I
think it would still work for you. Just feels like an overkill... or does
your ISP support the fancy "NETGEAR Phoneline10X" feature?
I would suggest getting a simple homepna-ethernet converter with one RJ-11
(phoneline) connector and one RJ-45 (ethernet). Could be cheaper.
Take a look at

helps to find a device with suitable specs.
