HP Tablet wireless connection problem

Hello all
I hope you are having a great time!

In fact I have a Laptop and a tablet PC both with the feature of th
wireless internet WIFI facility

I have built my home internet network using a GREATSPEED router whcih
configured very well with no problem

My Laptop can see the connection and can get the internet with n
problem
But my HP Tablet PC can see the connetion but can not browse althouge
double check all the configuration of both the devices

In the laptop i am using Windows 2000 with external PCMCIA card
My HP Tablet PC has its internal built in wireless feature

My Laptop is using the following
IP address: 192.168.7.1
Gateway: 192.168.7.
Subnet: 255.255.255.

My HP tablet is using the following
IP address: 192.168.7.1
Gateway: 192.168.7.
Subnet: 255.255.255.

I can ping my ip address, the gateway and the DNS of my ISP from th
laptop but i can only ping the ip address of my HP tablet pc but no
the gateway nore the DNS

I have also disabled the DHCP in the the route

Can anyone help me in this
