HP with onboard Network

I have an HP 8766C with an onboard HP EN1207D network card, Works fine
under various windows versions. Can't get it to work on LINUX 8.

...obviously, since there's no such thing.

Assuming you mean Red Hat 8.0 (which uses Linux 2.4.something) - you need to
carefully read the info available on the card on the web and see if the
driver has another name, or the card uses another driver.
