HP LaserJet 4000 Printing

I have an HP LaserJet 4000tn using the PCL 6 driver hooked up to a Windows
NT 4 machine via parallel. I add the printer as a local to Windows Server
2003 in two instances so we can print to a plain paper tray and an invoice
tray. In the properties on the NT machine I do not get the Advanced tab to
set this up. I can set it up to do this on the 2003 server and it works
fine. If I share it out from the server to any other computer it gives me
Error - Printing.

Any suggestions on getting this to work?

Thanks

Eric

Tabs in the printer properties is always the responsibility of the driver.
The printer driver always controls what tabs you see, among other things.
Check on that.

I have tried every driver I can get my hands on. None of them will give me
the advanced tab on the NT machine.
