How can I ALLOW access to properties of a LAN connection?
Currently it's disabled.

* I can rename LAN connections
* I CANNOT access to properties of components of a LAN connection
* etc

All below settings are untouched (neither set nor disabled)
Policy Path: Administrative Templates\Network\Network Connections

I tried to set or disable related properties and gpupdated/logoff/logon
but it didn't work.

I am a domain+administrator + Network Config.Op. : )
