To obtain this hotfix contact Microsoft as is stated in KB.293793 - "Exception
0E in Vredir Error Messages When You Open Network Files"

As is stated in the KB article:
"NOTE: In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support
calls may be canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a
specific update will resolve your problem. The usual support costs will apply
to additional support questions and issues that do not qualify for the
specific update in question."
So provided you can demonstrate that you are experiencing the problem
corrected by the hotfix and make no other technical query there will be no
charge. In the event of a problem ask to speak to a supervisor.
