This is very wired...
At random times, the Hosts file is changed for wrong..
lets say:

10.10.0.1 DomainController.domainname.com # 2009 6 1 15 10 1 40 812

is changed to

10.10.0.1 DomainController.MsHome.net # 2009 6 1 15 10 1 40 812

So, what the .... is happening ? when this happens, the clients can't
connect to the DHCP server, and a lot of network issues came up...
Any ideas ?????

It is appening 2 or 3 times a day

HOSTS and DHCP server connectivity aren't related

More details, please....

Why are you using HOSTS files on your computers? You ought to be using
DNS/WINS.

MSHome.net is the domain name normally used by Internet Connection Sharing.
Do you have ICS configured?
