Hosting mp3 on webspace for others to download......

i have some music and i wanna host them on my 50mb webspace pipex offer u,
how would i go about setting this up so i can post links in a forum for
other to download.

ive got the webspace user name and pass and have uploaded them just when i
copy the links no download window is coming up.

You have to wait for them to activate your webspace iirc. This could
take a day or two.

It's possible your browser is trying to play the MP3 itself - hence you
see no download box. If this is the case you won't see/hear anything
until it's all downloaded.

Also, make sure that you type in the correct URL - MyMusic.mP3 is not
teh same as mymusic.mp3

Insert a link to the MP3 file, and add the instruction
"Right-click and select "Save Target As"".

If you pasted the URL into the address bar, Windows may have tried to open the
file with the default media player instead of downloading it.
