Host Files TTL Values

Hello,

According to the theory, entries in host files are assigned a TTL of 0 sec
in Client Resolver's Cache, but when I look my computer resolver cache these
registers are assigned a value different from zero. Does anyone knows what is
the default value for this TTL?
