That strongly suggest that you have a security program blocking you. When
you attempt to ping dhl.com do you get the return IP address? It's possible
I guess that your Linksys router is blocking pinging, but normally that only
occurs on the WAN port. What Linksys router do you have and I'll try to find
out if it has a setting that might be blocking you. Some firewalls can not
be disabled, you need to remove them to get around them.
