I'm following the Microsoft 8 parts to setup a small
network and I'm having problems, I'm on part 7, I just
completed file and print sharing. Now I'm trying to view
all 3 of my computers in Network beighborhood. I don't see
them. Help... When i restart the computer I'm getting
error: a required .DLL FILE, UI.DLL was not found. What is
this?

No telling what UI.DLL might be, but you do have to wait a bit for the
Network Neighborhood to "settle down" Once all computers are turned on and
connected to the network it may take up to 15 minutes before you can browse
the network.

You need to turn them all on and leave them alone for at least 15 minutes.
Don't turn any off or reboot any during this process.
