You'll need to add your local network (the IP address of the gateway) to the
trusted networks in Norton firewall, see;
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...ity.nsf&view=0
and also disable rules as here;
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...e?OpenDocument
