We have strange problems regardings home folders in
Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP clients. In the profile
account in the AD, we have set the Home folder connect to
U:\ To: \\servername\Home$\%username%
After pressing apply, Windows change the path to the real
user name. So after this, everythings is correct. Where we
have some problems is when the XP client is logging on the
network, sometimes the U: is connected to the Home$
directory and not the %username% directory, so one
directory up. When this happen, we logoff and logon again,
and the U: is connected to the %usernage% folder.

Any idea why this happen?

Thanks

Charles
