I have a windows 2003 domain controller and about 200 computers on the domain
fifty percent are windows 2000 pro the other half are XP pro. Each user on
the domain has a home directory for H drive. Sometimes when the user is
logging in and they go to their H drive they will not go to their individual
H drive but we’ll see all the other users home folders. What can I do so this
will not happen?

Thanks,

How do you setup the permission of sharing and security in the Home directory?

What we've done is unshare the default home users folder, but shared each
individual user's folder with a $ to hide it, specified only the user
account and the admin account to full control on the share permissions, then
specified that share as their home folder. I know it's a bit of extra work,
and you can probably script it, but that's one way.

Another way while using the default method is to use Access Based
Enumeration, but I have not used it yet. Read up on it and see if it will
help you, or try the above mehtod.
