home-brew panel antenna

I recently came across a link for a site showing plans for a simple
home-brew panel antenna, but I have mislplace that link. Can anyone
help?

I built that one a while ago and I must say that it works great. The only
thing I did different was directly soldering RG 213/U directly to it.
