Please forgive me if this has been asked before, as I am new here.

But I can rephrase and/or resurrect the issue very clearly, and hope it can
be answered very clearly also.

I live in the Chicago area and MANY people seem to get free wireless
highspeed reception around my neighborhood (un-encrypted), or "hot zones".

I would like a suggestion for a wireless network card and, possibly, if
necessary, a suggestion for an "antenna" to take advantage of all these free
high-speed signals running around my neighborhood.

Any suggestions?

Very Kindly,

Popeye

You want help to steal bandwidth from somebody else? Wonderful.
The spirit of Al Capone is still alive and well in Chicago
