Because XP and W2K3 server are not in one trusted realm it is usual. As an
solution just create users' account on W2K3 (using Active Directory Users
and Computers) with names and passwords SIMILAR to those on XP computers.
Also check GPO for Domain Controllers OU in Computer Settings node, security
rights assignment and check which groups have right "access this computer
form network"
