Help with write-protection from MMC...

Hai everyone,
I have a Nokia 6230 and recently each time I put my MMC card in my
card reader for my computer it says :
"Cannot copy "X file" The disc is write-protected
Remove the write protection or use another disk
I already tried formating the card and even putting tape on the card
like I read somewhere but it doesnt work and I dont have the cables or
installation software, any help will be appreciated.
