Access points that are strictly access points (and not routers) are not
assigned IP addresses as they do not need them (a layer 1/2 vs. 3 networking
thing). However, they can usually be accessed with an IP address. It's
probably 192.168.1.1 or similar. Check the access point's documentation.
Some access points also come with software to locate the access point on the
network.
