I've got a PowerEdge 2850 running Windows 2003 Standard Edition, I've setup
Remote Installation Services with Windows XP Service Pack 2. It works well
with All Dell workstations and laptops that use the Broadcomm Network
Adapter, however with the Optiplex GX270's which uses Intel network drivers
it doesn't. I've got the Intel NIC drivers placed in Remote Installation
Services drivers folder. I boot via PXE I can image a Dell Optiplex GX270
the DOS
drivers work and the image is brought over, when the GX270 boots in and sets
up Windows XP Service Pack 2, it doesn't install the Intel Windows Network
Drivers
and therefore other software like acrobat and office fails installation
because
there is no NIC installed.
Can anyone make a suggestion on where I'm not looking or placing the files
correctly? There are no error messages. It just doesn't install.

Thanks Very Much!!
Fred

Do you have the drivers in the i386 directory of the flat image of XP? RIS
installs the O/S from here then uses your custom image.
