help with WCAT?

If this is not the correct newsgroup, please let me know.

Can anyone provide some guidance on WCAT 6.3?

I went through the docs and tried to configure it with a basic settings and
test script, but when I run it from the command line it doesn't seem to do
anything.

It echoes back the server to be tested, and the number of clients, and then
just sits there?

I would think that an iis newsgroup would be a better bet, such as

microsoft.public .inetserver.iis
