Help: US Robotics wireless card *constantly* receiving data?!

Hi,

My US Robotics (usr8054) router and matching laptop card seem to have an
odd problem. The laptop seems to be constantly receiving data according to
the Windows network status and the USR wireless app. It would appear to be
flowing in at about 6-8mbs per sec! Help! What's happening here?! Outgoing
seems quite normal.
