What do you want to do?
Most often a port forwarding is sufficient (and much
safer). Shutting down the firewall doesn't necessary
resolve the problem and only adds vulnerabilities. Once
the firewall is down, net scanners can find your network
and attack it (it happens all the time, except that the
router firewall is stopping them -- just look under the
router security/logs)
If you want to take the risk, use IE and go to
http://192.168.2.1 The firewall settings are under
security/firewall. This still leaves NAT running.
