Hi,

I am trying to get windows to stop starting up without a login so I can get
it to connect to the network at start-up.

The network is working, I can log out and then log back in and it connects
to the network fine. So I must have a no name/no password account on the
machine, but I can't find a way to disable it, or to force logon at
start-up.

Network is NT 4, using tcp/ip and DNS.

Any help appreciated. I'd like to fix this without starting from scratch.

David

So would I, on a Win98SE network Tweak.ui seems not to help - the logon

Using REGEDIT, open up the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\
Network\Real Mode Net

and delete the value named "AutoLogon" if it exists.

Reboot the system and that should do it.
