Help - Speedtouch PCI Drivers

I've got one of the above cards from ebay for a friend with a Win98 box and
no USB (installed a USB card to try their supplied modem but no joy). The
card came without driver disks and the seller is not too responsive after
the sale

Has anybody got a Win98 driver for a Speedtouch PCI? I've got a Speedtouch
330 USB disk here but not sure if they're the same.

SpeedTouch PC drivers (version 2.1.4a)/userguide etc - available from
