Hello,

I don't even know if this is possible but would appreciate any help that
anyone can give me. I am a technet subscriber and want a way to cheaply set
up Windows 2003 to function as a router/firewall from my Static IP to my
local network. If the WAN Internet connection to the ISP goes down, I want
Windows 2003 "router" to dial up the ISP and connect via modem automatically.
Is this possible using Windows 2003 or do I need to consider a Cisco router?

Thank You for any help. Sorry if it sounds like a newby question but that's
what I am :-)

Have a good day!
