Are you using two NICs or one? You can setup VPN using just one NIC.

I am very new to the whole VPN thing but I would like to learn how to
set up a Windows 2003 Server as a VPN server?
I tried to use a netgear VPN\Router and was told by netgear that they
didn't know why it wasn't working. Go Netgear Support!
Anyway Here is a little Diagram showing how my network is configured
now.
Home User--->DSL\Cable Modem--->Internet--->MyOffice(T1 Line) --->
Netopia PN660-T1(Router) ---> SymantecSecurity Router( No DHCP)
--->Multi Port Switch
--->Server 2003 (DNS, AD & DHCP) 192.168.0.251
--->Server 2003 (DNS, AD ) 192.168.0.252
--->Server 2003 (RRAS\VPN) 192.168.0.250 also Extra NIC
(I think this is needed for VPN but how to configure???)

I have a range of Static IP's that I can use for whatever I want, I
have 2 WAN ports on my Netopia Router and would just like to have a VPN
so my home users can work from Home.
What I am not sure about is things like what IP's to give to the RRA
Server, When I try to configure I get warnings about not having the
same default gateway, and something about a DHCP relay agent.
I have found a few guides on setting up the RRAS but I am not really
sure about my network configuration, can someone please shed some light
for me?
Thanks in Advance
