If you're using Windows XP, then enable internet connection sharing on
the P4's wireless connection. This will allow any computer on the
other connection to access the internet via the P4. Obviously you'll
need to keep the P4 switched on.
You may also need to disable the DHCP server on the 2nd router.
By the way, you may as well use a switch as a 2nd router - as you have
it set up, you are not using the router component at all.
