Are you on Windows XP? If so, go into Control Panel/Administrative
Tools/Services and make sure Cryptographic Service is started and running.
Again, if you're on XP, you don't need to use the software if you have
Wireless Zero Configuration enabled and started (in Services). You would
then just open Network Connections and use the built-in system software to
install and configure the device.
