HELP! No Internet Access!

I am connecting to the internet using a Netgear wireless router. Two
computers are connected to this, one can access the internet perfectly. When
I use the other one, Windows Update can access the internet, as can C# 2008
Setup, but IE7 and Outlook can't! I have followed my ISP (Madasafish) guide
to the problem with no sucsess. Can somebody please
help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
