The MN-700 is more recent and provides better wireless
security and faster wireless.
If you don't plan to use wireless you may also consider
the MN-100.
Note that the MN routers don't have a setup for the Mac
and you'll have to do it manually, but they work fine
(well, all these follow the ethernet and 802.11 standards
that are quite common in computers and routers).
