Help With Netgear Router. (Snapfish and Outlook Express)

I am a gamer. I have wireless Xbox LIVE and it works great with my
Netgear Range Max 10x Speed Wireless Router. I am able to browse the
internet just fine. My problem is with my parents email (Outlook
Express) and my dad's Snapfish account. When they try to go onto
Outlook, all images are displayed as red X's. Yes I have checked
Outlook's security settings. Also, when my dad tries to up load images
to Snapfish, it automatically says it failed. Doesn't load AT ALL. When
I try to go to start, connect, (My internet connection) it says remote
computer did not respond. Error 678. How do I fix this? Please help me.
