Hi, i have 2 netgear access point. Why i can use only netgear wireles
card to connect with WEP?

Use the Hex key instead of the ASCII key and non-Netgear wireless
devices will work. However, I suggest you switch to WPA as WEP has
some rather bad security problems.

Turn off _all_ security when troubleshooting! Ideally by resetting the
wireless access point/router to hardware defaults and starting over.
Only turn security on once you've got it working! And of course be sure
to do so, preferably with WPA.
