Help needed with 'My Briefcase'

When I drag and drop items from 'My Network Places' to 'My Briefcase' they
appears as Orphans and I can't synchronise them.

How can I synchronise My Briefcase with LiveLink,
http://www.opentext.com/2/sol-produc...ro-llecm10.htm, where I have
network addresses/URLs similar to
http://livelink.intra...../livelinkd...s/NNNNNNNN/abc

Opentext - vendors of Livelink, have confirmed that it doesn't work with MS
My Briefcase, but they have a proprietary solution.
