It's an Alvarion/Breezecom SU-NI (Subscriber Unit - Network Interface)
client radio. Methinks it's part of the BreezeAccess II product line.

There should be an Alvarion (Breezecom) specific mailing list, group,
or forum somewhere that will be useful for finding a possible
customer. I can't seem to find it.
