HELP: Need program or knowledge to unlock AT&T Merlin PC Internet Card

Hello,

Have service here in Canada with FIDO and had a Merlin G100 card from
Novatel Wireless for 13 months and the card died. I ordered one off E-Bay
which ended up being locked to AT&T and the bastards there won't unlock it.

I have exhausted all resources on trying to figure out how to unlock a
PCMCIA card and it seems like there isn't anyone out there that knows
either.

If anyone knows of any hacks or apps to unlock this card I would be very
grateful and would give a reward of $20.00 for a successful solution.
