Help, msn messenger!

Hi,
I have some problems with my msn messenger. I use ADSL
and can access the webpage with my wireless modem,but I
cann't logon with the msn messenger by
anyone's .Netpassport. Also I cann't logon the hotmail,I
don't know why and please help me!
