Hi Sophie,
I just got my Sierra AirCard 750 a couple of months ago. I had the same problem with an HP Pavilion zd7010us. There is a patch
on the Sierra web site. Tech support gave me the URL, and I installed it the system works great.
I did not write down the URL. If tech support doesn't know what the URL is, drop me a line, and I will e-mail the patch to you.
Also, once you have the patch installed, you should upgrade the firmware if hasn't already been done.
I have already done some traveling with the T-Mobile account (Washington DC, Chicago IL and San Fransisco CA) the card performed
well. The only problem I had was finding outlets in the airports to plug into.
Ciao . . .
C.Joseph
