Help!!!Implementing HOTSPOT

Hi,i'm new to this news.
I'need your hel for realizing a Secure hotspot.I'have read many things
about radius,vpn,captive portal...
Now i need to put all togheter,and many software are deprecated:

Captive Portal:there are NoCathAuth,Monowall,chillispot.

VPN:i have thought to an SSL VPN:OpenVPN or OpenSSL

Authentication:Radius

Help me please,what i need to use?

You can try FirstSpot ( http://patronsoft.com/firstspot ). It is a
captive portal system, and it includes everything you need for managing
a Hotspot.
