help on ics

im on windows 98se and having difficulty in locating my
ics set up wizard the path i take is:-control
panel,add/remove programs,windows set up,internet
tools/details,tick ics,ok,apply,im then prompted to insert
windows98se disc,ok it then tells me the file was not
found error#2(set up could not finish opening file)could
any body please help or e-mail me a download for the ics
wizard
