help with ics plz

I am trying to ics for my playstation 2 however when I try
and setup the ics this computer keeps asking me for my win
98 se disk which is in the cd drawer!!!!
I have tried locating each file off the internet but have
only found 2 .dll files that were needed!! the 2 that i am
missing are icsclset.exe and icsmrg.exe?

anyone help me??

See if you have the Windows setup files (search for a folder containing
several dozen files that begin with WIN98 and end with the letters CAB) on
your hard drive, if you do you can tell the ICS installer to look there for
the files it needs.
